Group Photo Shoot - 'Before' Shots

In January, just as everyone was recovering from Christmas down-time and over-indulgence, I roped some of my clients into helping me with a photo-shoot for my business. While the photographer was with us I asked him to take a few 'fitness' type shots of my clients Rick and Morgan who had traveled through from Kilmarnock for the shoot. I want to stress that they'd had about 2 days notice for the shoot and there had been absolutely no attempt at fat loss - quite the opposite! This shoot really is for comparison purposes so we've got something to look back on later when they're in peak condition.
